RVLE 3: WEIGHTS CAN WAIT
Weights can
wait, but you don’t have to. Everyday is for training. The point is to feel
good from what you’re doing. Don’t snooze your train, go and prove yourself
it’s better to train rather than thinking about to do it. Everybody can do
it.
Weights and
everything you need is there. You don’t have to wait for them to call you. The
only call must be your will, listen to it.
Waiting for the
right time is wasting your time. Everything you want is there, waiting for you.

Everyone should
exercise. But not everyone decides to do it for the same reasons. One critical
thing you should ask yourself when starting an exercise program is this: What
is your primary motivation?
Understanding
your motivation - your primary purpose for starting a fitness routine - will
help you stay on track when unexpected barriers cause you to think about
quitting. Figure out which of the many reasons to exercise is most important to
you.
